Works fine once you start…then lags. Video plays and has a black screen on video clips but plays still pictures. The more I add the worse it gets then app crashes.

This use to be a pretty good app to edit videos. Now you can even edit one minute video you can’t crop videos only the first one also the ads are way to annoying, the quality product decline

I love the app and it’s really good. I make a lot of videos on it but one problem:lagging. It’s not my phone because all my other apps are fine so here’s what happens a lot: so I’ll be making a video then all the sudden I get kicked out and the thing I was just working on is deleted💀💀💀. I deleted most of my photos but it’s not my storage either. And I’ve checked my internet but it’s always really good and the photos are always the original photo instead of when I edited them and I cried a lot because I can’t make any animations like when I first started so if you could fix it then that would be great 😊 anyway that’s really it.

I LOVE THE OLD VERSION, I HAVE BEEN USING VIDEOSHOW FOR YEARS, AND I LOVED IT. NOW I HATE IT. I CAN NOT EDIT MY VIDEOS LIKE I WANT.

This app is a really good app I even paid a yearly subscription since 2018 then out of no where the app stopped loading my videos. I really enjoy this app and I will give it 5 stars once this issue is fixed

Unable to edit video been having an issue until the last update

Very easy to use to create videos. Not very convenient for special effects. The created videos turn out to be dark with gloomy pictures. Hopefully the creators of the application are able to add more different, happier and brighter templates. The voiceover often skips words or whole sentences. Today the video didn’t generate at all. There were many attempts, took a long time but nothing happened

It is super frustrating trying to change the payment type. I want to cancel my subscription on iOS and use it on my android instead. It is too difficult with Apple. I can’t get in touch with anyone on the developers website because the writing is so super tiny and it will not blow up on my screen for me to see anything. Who can I speak to to cancel, the service?

I have used this app for years (paying for VIP). It was very user friendly and had tons of features. Within the last year or more it started crashing. I have lost hours of work on multiple occasions. I would have to exit out every time I made an edit to save it before it crashed. Now it messes up sending you back to clips you aren’t even selecting. Crashing is so bad I can barely ope. A video without it immediately messing up and/or crashing. I’m finally cancelling, deleting, and never looking back.

I have been paying for the VIP version for nearly four years but for the last two the app crashes while in the middle of making a video. It doesn’t automatically safe your work. If you’re adding instructions or narrating for the viewer you will loose everything. This happened to me for the last time today. A 4 minutes video lost completely with text. What am I paying $40 a year for again? So done.

I have used this app for years & have the yearly subscription. It can be temperamental at time. Videos get screwed up so you can’t go back to edit them. It can make some decent videos for my needs. I got charged my annual subscription but the app won’t let me use the VIP features that I paid for. I can’t find customer support to help.

The app is great so far, but I have a question. So, I wanted to add some music to my video but I can’t find the song I want in the Music section. There’s nowhere that says I can download music of my own. Is there anyway I could still download the music I want in my video in the app? I would appreciate if you could respond. Thanks!

I have reached out numerous times since July and the issue is still not resolved. The app does not work with an iphone 14 it is not compatible. If you try to make a video and open a theme it crashes, if you import music it crashes or plays the theme music and imported music at the same time. I have VIp that i have not used since June and have not received a refund for the months i cannot use app.

I can't create a video and they stole my money

I used this app for several years with good success but now a lot of music started getting uploaded by the developer and the app started crashing nonstop. This keeps going on and it’s very frustrating. If the developer doesn’t fix this issues that I am canceling my subscription.

Best editing app out now go get it!!!

DO NOT BUY HIS APP. I just spent two hours making a video for it to completely crash, and I lost everything. This is the fifth day I’ve been trying to get this horrible app to work. It is not worth the money. They never answer any of this feedback, they never update to keep up with the more powerful phones, it is GARBAGE!!!

I don’t know how to save it, and share it with friends

I purchased the Pro version of this app. I like the app, but it constantly shuts down without saving my progress. I started a slideshow (about 15 minutes of work) and the app shutdown without saving. It’s done this many times. My bad for not learning to save my work, but you shouldn’t have to save it every minute, or lose it. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to switch platforms for editing moving forward. Not making that mistake again.

This app is so glitchy. You spend an inordinate amount of time editing your video only to have it glitch and malfunction at the end. Not worth the time or money. Search for a better editor.

I have used this app for years. With the recent layout change, it is not the same. It crashes on editing short videos and you have to start all over. A video that may have taken me 15 minutes before has taken me 1.5 hours, and I still haven’t completed it because of how frequently it is crashing. Also, all on my videos are distorted to look like a fishbowl. I try to correct them, and they look like they start displaying correctly when editing, but the export contains the distorted images. Very disappointed with the changes that have been made to the app.

So I have used this app for years for family videos, vlogs, films, and more. It's is a spectacular program, and I highly recommend this! My only critique is that it crashes sometimes. I will be trying to edit a video, and once I get past about seven minutes, the video part either freezes or turns black. Then the app completely freezes and I have to start all over again, so it takes me longer than I would like for editing a video. I even purchased the professional version, so I was expecting that those issues would be solved. Please solve this issue. Although I prefer non-crashing editing apps, I still love this app!!!!!! Thank you so much for your time please please please pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaseeeee fix the glitching problems please!! I have seen so many reviews for this app that talk about the crash issues.

Video shows a great app for beginner editors, but whenever I click a button, they can make you do transformations or FX. It always doesn’t work and kicks me out of the game. It’s very annoying.

I have a subscription and it still says I don’t have enough storage to export a video? I’ve even cleaned out all my videos and other storage on my phone and still says not enough storage. I’ve used this app before and never had this much trouble.

Fix the app so that it still operates in the background. I don’t like having to keep my screen open and not being able to operate on my phone while it exports. Other apps do not have this problem. Please fix

App is completely useless. Paid for VIP and doesn’t even allow you to edit the duration of a picture to whatever timeframe you want. Max is 10 seconds. So if I wanted to play a sound clip for a minute behind a picture, it won’t allow you to do it and if you try to just put one picture after the other, there’s no way to make the transition smooth, it looks like a new picture is coming into the screen. Very frustrating. Also no erase option for clips, once you bring a clip in and realize you don’t need it. You’d have to hit undo to the point of when you added it and lose all your work 🤦‍♂️ Horrible horrible horrible How is the duration of a photo only limited to ten seconds? It should be as long as I want it to be.

I love this app so much it helps me make fun little skits and trailers I do recommend even without VIP you could have so much fun :) :)
